Frequently asked questions
Does access cost anything?+
No. The investor area is free; access is issued personally by the HOPPx team.
How quickly do I get a code?+
Requests are reviewed manually; we usually reply by e-mail within 1–2 business days.
How long does a login last?+
A login stays valid for 7 days on that device. Afterwards, log in again with the same code.
Does it work on a phone?+
Yes — the site and the full business-plan reader work on phone, tablet and desktop.
Which languages are available?+
Hungarian and English. Switch any time in the top menu (HU / EN).
How confidential is it?+
The investor area is protected server-side and logins are logged. Materials may not be shared; the detailed data room follows an NDA.
Submitting a request does not grant automatic access to confidential materials. Detailed documents are shared only after the appropriate confidentiality steps, and project figures remain planning assumptions throughout.
